Cage size

I have a custom made enclousure the measures 43 cm deep by 85 cm wide by 110 cm tall (1.4 feet deep, 2.8 feet wide and 3.6 feet tall for my american friends). Would this be adequete for a veiled chameleon? The whole back is screened. I would rearange the sticks to make it sutible for a Chameleon. I like to give my herps nice enclosures, so if it is not a good size, I would like to know. Also, what is the approx. lifespan of veiled chams? Thank you

actually, it is a little too small for an adult, but it would be ok for a juvie. a good size is 24"lx24"wx48"h.

Hey, the plant on the left is toxic. It's called Dumbcane & Will kill or seriously maim your Chameleon. Better get rid of it.

Check the links below for safe plants;

(this one has a link to unsafe plants as well)

(if it's safe for an Iquana, good for Chams)

I'd put more plants in on the bottom.
Why are'nt you using real plants? With the lights & a drip waterer they should do quite well plus it will help the humidity & air quality in the cage.
