Peru boa neonates are high contrast....

Riobravoreptiles Jul 18, 2006 02:09 PM

.. to each other! These were born here June 30th, photo is from just now.

That black/purple phase is something outside of my experience in Peru BCC and I'm unsure exactly what it might look like as an adult. I'm thinking it will be very pretty.
.
Have fun, be safe.

genetic diversity within a litter.

I can't wait to get into Peruvians and other fine BCC. I'll be seeing you in a year or two on that Gus!

when I see that boa is Blued Steel. If it ends up being a genetic mutation I would call it Blue Steel.

I can't get over the color, the solid black eyes, and the irridescense. Unlike any other boa!

Maybe the purple animals you'll be able to isolate into another look for us! Very nice... Dan
