i decided it was easier and lighter not to put full sides on and i have yet to order my flex watt, but i built this rack which holds 20 boxes. its 15 inches deep, 3feet long and 2 feet high(these are off the top of my head). the boxes are o;d discontinued rubbermaids. they are about 3-4 inches tall 8 or so inches wide and i believe 13 inches long.

and then another piece of melamine. i kept dpoing this until i had all the shelves i wanted. then i measured the sides and cut some 1x2's to fit and used a brad nailer to hold them in place. after everthing was square and level i pre drilled 2 holes per 1x2 and screwed them down. i made sure that i left 3.5 inches of space twords the back of the rack for flex watt(which i need to buy) and voila!! it cost about 40-50 bucks after all was said and done and only took about 30 inutes to assemble which includes predrilling.
