Bothrops bilineata/bilineatus?

NorthamExotics Jul 19, 2006 10:57 AM

What is the availability of the two-lined forest pit viper in the hobby? I can't recall ever seeing them offered, either CB or imported.

Does anyone have any information on this species or how it compares to other arboreal vipers?

Thanks,
-Jason

Go to the classified's, there have been three different people selling them recently, although one was asking an obscene $650 for one. They come up from time to time, and price's are usually between $350 and $500. David Kornely breeds them on a yearly basis. He has outstanding animals, is a very nice guy, and is reasonably priced for the quality.
