I fed my Ball a large meal (3 mice) 10 days ago, and he still hasn't pooped. But when I walk in at night he's in his hunting S position. Is he sick?

No, he's hungry.

A snake's digestive system is very different from ours or a dog's, etc. A snake can go weeks without defecating, while eating regularly. Nothing to worry about. Some morning, you'll look in his cage and think, "What happened in there?!?!", and you'll have a mess to clean up! (Its not always that bad. Could be just a "chunk" or two to pull out with a paper towel. But I just got through completely cleaning and replacing the substrate in one of mine due to the "surprise" she left me this morning).
How big is your snake, and how big are the mice you are feeding it? You need to get him on a regular feeding schedule.
