Tumors???

I recently adopted a green iguana from Louisiana. She had three black "tumors" on her belly and front leg. The one on her belly appears to have fallen off and is now raw skin. I have made a vet appointment, but was wondering if anybody had any information for me. Could they have been burns from a heat lamp or a parasite of some sort?

Any information would be much appreciated.
