What are some of the smallest snakes you can find for sale in the snake trade?

Oh - I don't know.
Ringneck snakes don't get very big. I haven't ever seen them for sale, but I think some places do.

brahminy blind snakes, 6" pretty interesting snake. if they were the size of corns they would be a huge hit
