Egg Temps?

what is the recommended temp for alterna eggs?

I just set mine on shelves where it feels about right, never had a problem. 78-82 range is fine, a bit higher probably won't hurt. I had some get up near 100 for a few days, all came out fine other than some bizarre patterns.
They are very forgiving on temp variations if they aren't too extreme.

I use an incubator set to 82 degrees and I usually do well with hatch rates...
