i have just bought a female house gecko and noticed that she has two eggs in her stomach. Does this necessarily mean that babies will hatch out of them or do the lay infertile eggs? what should i do to take care of the eggs after she lays them?

i have house gecko eggs what to do?
I'm not very versed in house gecko care, but have you tried looking up house gecko care sheets or other house gecko info on the internet? Most species of retiles have information devoted to breeding & hatching eggs.
Here are some pages I pulled up from herpsearch.com:
http://www.repticzone.com/caresheets/652.html
http://www.aqualandpetsplus.com/Lizard, House Gecko.htm
http://www.geckoweb.org/profile/hemidactylus-frenatus
http://groups.msn.com/tandrReptiles/yourwebpage2.msnw
http://www.centralpets.com/animals/reptiles/lizards/lzd2686.html
The above are just some of the pages that came up in my search. I cannot speak to the quality of the info on these pages, but they are a good place to start.
Good Luck!!!

thanks for the info. it seems my new pet is hemidactylus garnotii, infamous for reproducing by itself. I have a new question. if i house her with my male hemidactylus frenatus, will he beat her up if she doesnt want to mate?
she laid her eggs finally...

Congrats on the eggs!!
I don't really know anything about house geckos, but I would not suggest housing the two together... aggression & diseases would be my main concern for any animals that would be housed together.
