Balls grow at extremely varied rates. For example I have two females that at 1 year old - one was 4 1/2 feet and 1400 grams the other was 2 feet and 500 grams.

There is one in The Ball Python Manual from AVS.
However like the previous poster said this is something that is very variable and depends on food intake, temperature, genetics, and possibly a few other things.
