Not quite. Is that male or female? Females should be pushing well over 60 at the very minimum. They need to be in their prime in order to breed, as breeding in very stressful. Some people apply that rule to males as well, just as a precaution. Good luck.

Depends on the actual size of her head, but if she's full grown, I'd say yes, she can eat pinkies.
