SUPER MOJAVE PAIR.....

millenniummorphs Jul 23, 2006 12:53 PM

Here is a nice pair of Super Mojaves poss het Ghost and poss het Albino. These guys look even better in person. The Mojave project in my opinion is in the early stages, and has alot more to offer. Having produced yet another different animal from our Mojave brredings this year, just gives us more hope for the future with these guys. I cant wait to see what else pops out from these guys in the future. We hope to have some more of these little guys shortly. Hope you enjoy......

Good luck to all in the last half of the season.

I have to say very beautiful....yet I am confused. Maybe it's simply because I don't know alot of the possible genetic combinations with ball pythons (doesn't help that it is still experiencing ongoing changes with new morphs etc being discovered and proven nearly every breeding season) but just why/how are mojoves super form nearly a complete white? (I beleive it's a co-dominant thing, like in super pastels) but why the loss of nearly all other colors leaving a nearly all white snake? Is that just a weird trait of super mojaves or am I missing something?

Or am I confusing mojaves with another morph? I am assuming a normal mojave looks pretty much like a normal ball python but with single eyed 'alien' heads, flames and blushing on the darker area of the snake? Or should I just go back to the 'hunter's guide' and re-read the description/how to tell mojaves from other snakes? LOL
