Mega-Ray SB 100-wt Flood Lamp

I was wondering if anyone here uses these in a 40 breeder. I haven't ordered on yet but I hopefully will be soon. but first I nee your input. my problem is a have just a small amount of space to move the light up to get the temps down if there to high. I was told this brand does put off heat but not as much as the powersun 100 wt. if anyone here use these please let me know how high you have you placed over your tank.

I have several of these on my 40 gal. breeders. Right on top of the cage. I get 105 or so. They do nicely.
