You don't breed to get one, you have to buy a heterzygous or an albino.

where does the original albino come from?

Brian Sharp imported it. It was most likely a random spontaneous mutation or a very unlikely meeting of two hets in the wild that actually produced it. Hope this helps Vinnie

Those hets had to come from somewhere as well.. The original albino, like he said was just a spontaneous mutation. Now, the ones we import are probably far down the chain, they are not the originals because balls have been around far too long for albinos to have an albino pop out when it did.
Was it Brian Sharp, or Bob Clark?
