Keep an eye out for very early dimpling as that will be the first sign. Eggs typically start to dimple before they hatch so make sure that is not the cause if you start to notice it as you don't want to get them too wet and kill the almost ready to hatch babies. I myself messed up with my first and possibly only clutch this year and set them up a little too dry and am now fighting a battle to plump up an egg that started to dimple on day 3 of incubation. Remember dryer is better than wetter almost all the time, you can fix to dry, it's hard to fix an egg that has gotten too wet.
