I cannot seem to find info on Maryland's regulations on reptiles / amphibians. Could somebody direct me, or somebody living in Maryland tell me the news?
Thanks

What is the specific question?
Venomous snakes, alligators, and crocodiles are illegal. Caimen, if brought in after August 1st, will be illegal (you have to let animal control know if you have it now).
Otherwise, MD DNR only regulates native herps, except when it comes to turtle breeding. Turtle breeding is an iffy subject - allowed only with a permti, even the non-native stuff.
You cannot sell or trade any MD wild-caught.
