Well not the best odds, but I still have to sex them...4 normals and 1 pastel started pipping this morning. I will post pics once they hatch and I determine their sex. This was my first morph clutch...I have one more female left to lay...hopefully I will have a few more pastels to play around with! I hope to pick up a cinnamon this year, so I want as many female pastels as possible!

Hopefully that one Pastel is a female for you. I hatched my first Pastel clutch this year, about a month ago, and got four MALES, three Pastels and one normal.

Haha! Yeah my last clutch of four normals was 3:1, so I am definetly hoping to catch up on my female quota...I tried to call all the babies "she" in hopes that they take the hint!

I also had my first clutch of pastels hatch last week... 2 pastels and 4 normals...both pastels were female and the normals were split 50/50....not the best odds but female none the less.

I swear...it is harder to wait for them to leave the egg once they pipped than it is to wait the 55 days for incubation sometimes! Hopefully they will emerge soon!

First baby is out...I think she (yay...lets hope she wasn't keeping anything in ) is a great looking normal(78 grams)...by the way here is mom and dad...Baby A only took one thing after mom other than being normal and that is a freckled belly!

I will post the others pics as they come out! Sorry for my excitement, but I don't care what is hatching I love to see what they look like for the first time!

Male 83 gram normal...I am starting to find it odd that when I labeled the eggs A through E that so far they are actually coming out in that order!
