I picked up some Klein Electrician Scissors at Home Depot and they are very nice. They are study and easily cut 16-2 paired cable. Electricians use these and tell me they are only limited by the strength of your hand. Never seem to need sharpening either. They seem like they would make a great addition to anyone cutting open eggs..
