Wow,
Has the heatwave slowed this section down or what! I was thinking maybe my computer was messing up! But No, their are just no new posts!
This heat thing is nuts, we had 118 degrees here in Woodland Hills California on Saturday. No snakes in their right minds would come out in that stuff. News states that the mid section of the country should start cooling today. Maybe the rest of the country will start cooling as well, and we can all get back to herping.
I hope you all and your reptiles are managing to stay somewhat cool!

Boy am I glad I don't have my two 80 gallon bearded dragon tanks in my garage here in Woodland Hills any longer. Don't know what I would have done. Probably turned 100 watt bulbs off. lol.

Yeah, this heat is crazy. This is usually late August heat. I've tried getting up early and going out late locally, but haven't seen anything. Just got back from Az., and it's hot out there too. Didn't find anything I was looking for, but there were a few rattlers out.
