I have a baby ig probably around 10 to 12" in length and isnt eating like I think it should be. He is getting thin and I have offer him mustard greens and collard greens and romaine lettuce and iguana bites everyday... Whats wrong???

Please post how long he's not been eating much. And what are the quantities in spoons or whatever.

Give us specifics on his habitat. Cage size, lights used,
temperatures etc.
Usually if they are not eating the first thing is that
their habitat is not set up correctly.

Hi, Now hes eating alot better, I just got him a new cage. Its a 65 gallon reptarium. I just have to get him alot of branches and leaves to let him limb and make it look realistic. I have a mini water fall and I spray the cage.

You're too vague. As the others mentioned, give us more info:
enclosure setup
how long u've had it
how long has it not been eating
vet visits before?
Get rid of the lettuce.
Iguana bites are still controversial, make sure to hydrate them with water. But go for a more proper diet.
