Hatchling Southern Ringnecks -First Meal

sf Jul 24, 2006 09:11 PM

Hello,
I need some advice, and hoping I can get some input here to help. I just hatched out 4 Southern Ringnecks - I had found the eggs while moving some mulch in my backyard. I added the eggs to an incubator I already had going, and they just hatched a few days ago. I wanted to see what you all would recommend as first meals to get the little guys going after they shed. They are so tiny, much smaller than any other hatchling I have had experience with...I was thinking maybe real small earthworms? Any advice would be greatly appreciated...

Thanks,
Scott

Don't offer food for atleast a week...

But I'd try guppies definitely. And worms.
