At the end of June, I bought a pair of butter corns and a amel x candycane female, all 2006 hatchlings. They are growing fast, and eating two pinkies a week. They just had their first post-eating shed.

This past weekend, I went to the Midwest Reptile Show, and bought five more snakes. I just never learn, I guess. Now I’m spending close to $200 a month on new snakes, not a big investment yet, but soon…

I picked up a pair of hypo bloodreds, and a trio of ghost corals from Reptilian Projects. This is my second purchase from Troy, and I’m very pleased by the quality of his herps. He completed one of his breeding projects this summer, and has butter stripes, finally. You should see them… amazing.

I have pictures of the butters and the amel x candycane, and will post soon for the ghost corals and hypo bloodreds.

This final picture might not be the Candycane x Amel. I can't tell...
