stunted growth

photoguy84 Jul 25, 2006 03:18 PM

I just have a quick question. I have 3 ball pythons that I got from a friend. He was keeping all 3 in one 20 gallon tank. He had them for about 2 years. Now that I have them, they are all in their own enclosures. Will there growth be stunted because of my friend? Or will they grow up to be normal sized adults now that they have new homes to grow into?

thanks for any input

More than likely, if they begin feeding regularly, they'll resume normal growth.

I 'rescued' a 600 gram '03 female last december. She's the best eater I have, and just hit 1200 grams a few weeks ago, and shows no signs of slowing down. Just food for thought.
