What Temps Do You Keep Your Tri's?

LeosAnonymous Jul 25, 2006 07:46 PM

Hey Guys,

I keep reading variations in the optimum temp for the tri's.

Mine are doing great with a range of 85-79, but I've noticed many of you keep yours around 78*f. (thanks for the great snakes Jim, looking to get my first clutch pretty soon!)

Just curious what the consensus is.

Thanks.

I keep mine at 78 - 80. I do not think they need the higher temps, as they are a nocturnal species.

Hi Ross, glad to hear they are doing well. post us some pics so we can see how they look now. your temps are fine, a little lower or higher they will still do fine. good luck with some eggs.

JIM
