i feed my guys fruits, my guys love berries, espically strawberries. i mix it in with their greens for a little treat. ive also fed them apple, pear, peaches, cantloupe, honeydew, pineapple. i havnt had a problem with it and they go nuts for the sweet stuff.
feeding fruit is fine in small quantities. It should be only a small percentage of thier diet. I give mine a chopped strawberry on thier salad or some cantelope what ever is good and in season but just a few tasters and I vary it alot. Greens are essential and they should eat those mostly but fruit is a nice treat.

My B.D. LOVES pears. He really likes asian pears. I slice them into about 1" long by 1/4" wide (very thin) spears and stand them up in his bowl so he can get them.
Wayne.
fruits are a good thing to feed, but not a all the time staple source. strawberries, blackberries, blueberries, rasberries, mango, squash, shaved carrotts, pears, apples, etc. are all good. stay away from the citrus fruits.
for more info on nutrition go to www.beautifuldragons.com and look at their nutrition page.
like weebeasties said before, fruits are good to feed once in awhile on top of their greens, but they need mostly hearty greens in their diets. 90% greens 10% insects for adults, and for babies and dragons to about 6-8 months old 2-3 feedings of crickets a day and greens once a day. i usually have greens avialable all day for my dragons when im going to be gone long periods in the day.
