Just thought that this was a neat picture. Since it is the monsoon season right now, lately I have been having mice get into my garage. I went out today and bought some mousetraps and put them out in the garage. Well I was checking the traps tonight and this is what I found. The trap caught a mouse and a Vinegaroon (Whip Scorpion) decided to take advantage of the easy meal. I thought it was pretty cool.

Hey Joe,
The boa is actually one that I produced and held back this year from an aberrant female and really clean male. This baby seemed to get the best of both parents, clean and colorful from the dad and aberrancies from the mom.

Hey Andy,
Actually the whip scorpions bark is alot worse than their bite. I hold them all the time; the worst they will do is either pinch you or spray you with the acid in their tails. I have heard some people say that the acid burns when it gets on your skin, but it has never bothered me, just smells bad. It’s the smaller scorpions you have to watch out for they actually do bite or should I say sting.

The boa is from the litter you inquired about earlier this year.
Thanks,
Steve
