heat tape's and thermostat's

whats the best??? just built a rack and im not sure what's the best to use..thanks for your help

All my heat tape has come from BeanFarm. As far as thermostats go I'm a big fan of the Helix DBS-1000. And if you have multiple racks maybe the Spyder Robotics.
