Does anyone know how long a Beardie can retain sperm for? MY DRAGON LAID 19 EGGS ON JULY 5 WILL SHE LAID MORE? IF SO HOW LONG? IT BEEN 3 1/2 WEEKS,

from what ive read and been told they can hold it for 4-6 weeks sometimes longer. the female usually can produce 4 clutches per mating session. my female laid 5 but we lost over half of the last clutch. she laid all 5 within 2 months.

I have a female that laid eggs on the 21st of June, and just laid her second clutch a couple of days ago. It was a little over a month apart.

I think I remember reading that BD's can retain sperm for up to 12 months. I think the poster was PHLdyPayne.......Can you confirm PHLdyPayne?
