Genetics question

skronkykong Jul 28, 2006 04:54 PM

I tried some googling but didn't come up with much. What should I expect from a clutch from a white sided female and a hypo/albino male? I don't think they are het for anything else.

try the advanced genetics wizard. you will get the statsitical results for what "should "appear from this pairing.

Cool thank you. I was hoping to find a program just like that. From what I understand both white sided and albino are recessive traits so 100% of the babies will be only hets according to the chart (unless I did something wrong).

Double HETS - which cool, IMHO - because the offspring of double HETS are fun to watch hatch.
