keeping waterbowl warm?

I have a savannah and i can't seem to keep his water warm. The heat lamps aren't working and becaus eof the way the cag eis set up i can't use a heat pad, any ideas?

Why would you need to keep the water warm? The coolest temps in your cage should be at least 70 F., that's fine for the water temp.

Im with Neal, why would you need to heat the water? I believe you are over thinking it. My monitor doesnt seem to care about the water temp whatsoever.
