moldy egg question

Can anyone please tell me if i should throw out a moldy egg? will it hurt the other eggs?

YES, definitely get rid of those eggs, they have gone bad and the mold can spread, it would also be in your best interest to change the substrate for the remainding eggs so that if theres mold in the substrate it won't spread to the good eggs, also check your humidity, it may be too high if the eggs are molding.
