heating question

I switched from a heat lamp to one of those ceramic heat emmiters and i went with the same watage as the bulb i was using with the bulb i had about 130 at the hottest point now its hottest is about 109 is this ok or do i need to go with a higher wattage

i used to the ceramic heat emitters, but i found its better to use just a basic house light bulb. the cermaics dont give off any light and i had the problem of my dragons thinking it was night time when it was daytime cause of that. even with the UVB light producing light.

109 should be just fine for an adult. babies should be 115. 130 is a bit hot
