odd eyes in black blood

so when i got my black blood a few months ago the eyes looked likt they had retained eyes caps but then he shed and eye caps came off and they still looked funny. and also at the pupil looks very big at all time more so on the bottom even when out in bright sun light. any ideas??? if pic doesnt work go to link click on black bloods and go to the pic of the eye
