CB-70 vision rack?

I'm thinking of getting one for my (05)bloods, just woundering if thats the best option for sud-adults?
Right now im use'n 32qt rack for'em, I'v got a few vision 422's all ready for when their adults. An suggestions....

I have the old model one and love it!!! I use it for my Balls though. It will be ok for a sub adult.
