im between a uro and a beardie, theres a full grown female sand fire beardie at my pet store and i really like her but, ever since i held my freinds uro i really like that to, so witch one tolerts handling better.

I would have to say, you should probably go with the beardie. Beardies are a good starter lizard, and I know people who have kept them to become prepared for a uro, because uromastyx seem to be more difficult to care for than a beardie, according to those I have talked to. Plus, beardies are very tolerant of handling.

You really want to get some Beardie experience under your belt before you tackle Uro's. Beardies are much more resilient and will tolerate more handling.
