Question!

Heather_0423 Aug 02, 2006 02:04 PM

My Fowlers Toad has always eaten 4-5 crickets a day... but for some reason the last week she will only eat 2 every night. She's very active when I put her in the other tank to eat, she walks around, mostly trying to find a way out but doesn't seem to be interested at all in the crickets.
Any reason why she may be acting so different all of a sudden? (she was wild, so she had never liked being handled). I thought she may just have needed to shed, but I noticed she did a couple nights ago.
I changed her cage, made it more toad friendly last weekend.. which is when she started acting different. She seems to enjoy her cage, so I don't see how that would have made her not want to eat anymore.

Thanks in advance for any help!!

apparantly you enjoy a more toad friendly environment a little more than toad!!

I would just give it a few days to get used to the new cage and ill bet it will be back on track..
