Here is one little guy
I have three heads out of eggs as well. They seem to go to sleep once they have poked through!!!
Other than moist towelette what else should be in the holding tank and when do I offer a pin head???

Ditch the paper towels and set them up as you would an adult, only on a smaller scale. Offer food within a day, but pinheads are too little start with small to medium crickets.

So soil/Sand? what about the umbilical chord getting dirt on it?

It'll be fine. You run a bigger problem with dehydrating babies than getting them dirty. The soil you don't have to watch as much as paper towels, the babies will burrow like the adults to retain moisture. Dirt, Retes stacks, heat(a little lower than for adults), and food. Bigger food, they seem to like wrestling the food a little.

Try this, set up one ackie like I suggest, the other on paper towels and pinheads. See which does better and let us know.

Smaller than 1/2 inch, I guess they just dont want small crickets. I left mine in the incubator for 24-36 hours before removing or even touching them. They went straight into a cage set up with about 6 inches of dirt and a 30 watt indoor incanescent bulbs at 4-6 inches away, little ventilation, not much.
They grow fast, in fact mine ate large pinkies in 12-14 days. hundreds of 1/2 crickets as soon as I put them in the cage.
