Poor baby! Is she okay after this gastric ordeal? This gives new meaning to "ingested substrate". Did you know at the time that she had ingested it? If so, I assume that you haven't fed her in the interim? Wow--that's a serious length of paper.
rgds,
althea
she´s very fine. All happened while I fed her. When she struck the prey, she bit also the napkin. Later, when I saw her, she had eaten the napkin, and the prey was there. I think that she confused eating the napkin instead of the prey (pinky). After two hours, I saw a piece of napkin outside of her. First, I thought it was a "prolapso intestinal", but, quickly I realized it was the napkin and I extracted it with forceps. Regards.
