nice hogs!!! I just hatched out a clutch that was laid on 6/6/6 I call them my evil clutch.

How wierd, I had a clutch (tricolor)laid on 6-6-6 as well. Still waiting on them to hatch out, but I thought along the evil lines as well. Glad you had a good hatch.

First congrats on those good looking hogs.
I do feel the need to warn you that your substrate might cause a problem in the future. I love natural setups, but I did notice that there are foxtails in that substrate. If a snake accidentaly ingests that it could be deadly. I would sift that stuff out. Also if you are going to use native dirt, I usually bake it in the oven for bit to kill and parasites. I just thought I would let you know, so that you can prevent any future problems. If you think you might want to try another substrate, care fresh or aspen shavings work well.

LOL should have said they are not housed that way.. They get paper towels. Later they will get aspen like mom and dad. Only put them on the dirt mix to make the pics a little more 'natural'. Thanx for caring though!
