Can anyone give me some info on what permit is needed to collect reptiles in new mexico, when i was there in 2000 a non resident hunting permit was what was needed for non residents. Has this changed? I have been told a scientific collecting permit for non residents to collect now but can not find where this permit falls into this catagory i was also told that a person can not get this permit over the counter, is this correct? Thank You
