Hi I was wondering if a 6' x 2' custom built cage would be sufficient to house 3 adult desert iguanas? If not what would the optimal reccomendations for housing a trio of Igs?

I have two in a 45x18 aquarium and are doing well, could add even more in my tank and they would be fine

Thanks for the reply, I'm in the process of acquiring a pair of desert igs, and have a 150 long gallon tank that I will be housing them in until I can complete the custom cage I want to build. I hope to have a nice trio in the future but I always want to make sure the habitat I design is adequate prior to bringing a new animal home!

Just one more question,
The igs arrive tomorrow and I have a T-Rex Active UV Heat Flood - 100 watt bulb ready for them along with an extra basking light to maintain heat at around 105F in the warm end of the tank, my question is since I am using a mercury vapor bulb will I also need to use a flourescent UVB tube like a reptisun 5.0? I want to make sure they can process D3.
