Who here thinks they have an old boa? How old is/was your oldest boa? I know I am nowhere near the top as my girls just turned 10 last month.

The oldest Boa I own was produced by Joe Terry in 1985. He is a Bolivian Boa and is 21 years of age. I also have a female Bolivian I believe is at least 20 years of age. I acquired her in 1990 or 91' as a 6' wild caught animal. I am only guessing at her age. She could be even older but the Bolivian male I know, was born in 1985. I acquired him in 1990. He still LOVES to breed too!

Although my oldest Boa was at only 14 years old, my friend had one that lived for 26 years. He got it as a baby back in college, and produced many many litters, even in his last year.

this girl was given to me about 3 1/2 years ago. The guy said he had her for about 5 or 6 years and when he got her she was already huge soo Im thinking that makes her about as old as dirt lol..

oh yah she's in her light phase lol...

that is one gorgeous snake .... color still looks great after all those years.

I'M IN SKIN!!!

This is Zena she is 15 years old and 10' long and 55 to 60 lbs. She could be older as she was a wild caught and was a round 4 to 5 feet long when she was caught. My first boa I had lived for 18 years before she died. She is the first picture you see on my website.
