Help: Gecko won't eat

I have a male Gecko, I am using newspaper as a substrate, water bowl, hide box etc. The Gecko will not eat, worms, crickets, live or dead. He is withering away to nothing. I have no idea what to do.. any suggestions?

I would try to find a local veternarian that could run a fecal exam on your Leo, as well as a general check.
