i recently bought a 100%het pied 06 pair. ive had them about 2 weeks. when i got them the female was smaller than the male and looked as though it may have been bitten by a mouse. i told seller he said he hadnt noticed that, but the snake seemed ok at the time. now last weekend the snake seemed lethagic and seemed dehydrated-i thought maybe still some stress from shipping/new environment. i soaked snake few days in a row =hydration better still lethargic. i fed it a pinkie rat think it may be malnourished-it ate. now yesterday it presented with diarrhea that smells awful-still lethargic and looking bad. this am when i picked it up fluid came out of its mouth. so 2 questions== any ideas on what going on with snake? should the seller reimberse me or provide me with another snake, or some sort of compensation? thanx for help

only get a reimbursement if its in the terms of buying. if the buyers terms of purchase say otherwise he shouldnt be responsible as long as you read them before buying

Going by what you said about the smell of the stool and the lethargy I believe it is a protazoen parasite. I just finest treating two red tail Boas for this, get a stool sample and take it and the snake to the Vet. he should give it Metronidazole 50mg/mlsuspensio(1cc).or there are other antibiotics thay can give. I have saved several reptiles from this but you need to ACT fast . get it to a vet Monday or a.s.a.p.
