I was at the Hamburg show yesterday with my GF and scored this aweosme male. FOR FREE!!!!!!! I looked at him at a previous show where i piced up my black back and my GF said that was enough. sad i know. well yesterday this guy walks up to us and was like, "hey, i got something for ya". when i went to his booth i got handed this little guy. He is 506grams and producing plugs. I am thinking he is a late 05'. Let me know what you think. There are only 3 tiny breaks in his stripe. Man i love this guy. Makes me wish i had a female that wasnt spoken for!

Here is his head. You can see very will so ill have to get better pics but he has 3 really light spots on his head. He is nice and solid, Looks VERY healthy too. I think I spent 20+ minutes looking him over yesterday. I can’t wait to get him in my racks with all my other guys. Thanks for looking!!!

I would imagine most higher end ball sales are going to be via the net/phone, or meetup, rather than at shows. I may be totally off here, but I've rarely seen people walk into a show, especially a smaller show, and drop serious money on animals. Granted, I've never been to Daytona and I'm sure it happens there and some of the other larger shows, but I really think it's unfair to try to make an assessment of the entire ball market based on one lousey Hamburg show. JMHO of course.

with Daytona right around the corner, you are surprised peopel weren't spending money on high end animals there? Someone would be kinda foolish to spend possibly hundreds or thousands more before Daytona unless you are looking to pick up an early male to possibly breed the next season.

I went to the show to pick up rats only. My GF actually got handed this but of coarse it stays at my place (she already has two animals and she doesnt have the room, but i do )

But i agree that show was sorta [bleep]ty. Though i did see my first silverstreak in person. DROOL!!!!!!!

That's a nice snake! I like stripes. Aren't you going to quarantine him before introducing him to the rest of your collection? Just a thought.
