I have 4 babies now in a 20 gal high but I will move them this fall to a 180 gallon tank. Will this be large enough to keep them when they become adults?

It is not recommended to house adults together. Even if they all grew up together. There is a possibility that even if they did get along for a long time that they would turn on eachother at any time and not like eachother any more. Plus, there is always the one that will dominate the others and get the best basking spot, the most food and will grow larger and stress out the others. What happens if you end up with 2 males out of 4 babies? Males can never be housed together. If your dragons are related, you do not want to house them together even if you only get 1 male. I would suggest housing them seperately.
