What exactly is the drug you are injecting and how much of it at each site? Do you happen to know the concentration? (in mg/ml or mg/cc)

IM GIVING HER BAYTRIL .6CC ONCE DAILY AND 1.5 MLS OF PANACUR ORALLY THANKS SO MUCH FOR YOUR TIME

A common side effect of Baytril is the tissue damage you are seeing. Depending on how extensive the damage is, they will heal to some degree, but you could possibly have premanent scarring. It would be hard to say at this point.

if you give me your email adress i could send you pics, could that help you judge the damge?? ahhh this is really bad news i cant believe she could have scarring. Do you think these antibiotics will help if it isnt IBD?

It would be hard to say one way or the other. The damage may heal nearly completely, or there may always be some signs of it after healing. You will not know for certain until the damaged areas heal completely. Baytril is only effective against certain species of bacteria, virus are left unaffected.
