Ally still not eating...ideas??

I have a male ally snapper thats about 10 yrs old. Had him since he was a hatchling. Always ate great. Water is same temp, always clean...etc.. Its been about 3 weeks, shows no interest whatsoever. His weight seems the same. I pick him up and he opens his mouth, an is lively. Just not hungry. Should I be worried. WHy would he refuse food? Any ideas.
