flooding ? El Paso and Presidio with FEET of water. Don't know how far down the Rio has left the banks but some of us are no strangers to parts of RR being flooded of past. I even remember standing water for about a day in the flat area of the easter egg motel with 3 inches of water in our cabin. LOL ! we were afraid of even trying to open the refrig. then one year down the second or third wash west of lajitas had 5 feet of water for about 2 days that kept us from going west. anybody remember some of this ?

Maybe this will was away some of the drug runners.
I remember one night when I tried to get to Presidio but pretty well all of the river road past the windmills was under water from the Rio flooding over its banks.
