Pic of 05 Mojave Cross and....

EmberBall Aug 07, 2006 05:59 PM

a pic of the "morph" that produced the Mojave cross and a new 06 Mojave cross. This has nothing to do with the Ember Ball project, totally different animals.

No, we have not figured out a better name. The "Morph" animal looks similar to a Vanilla, or Fire, meaning nothing spectacular, HOWEVER, I think the cross potential is going to be amazing. This is an animal that lightens up after almost every shed. You can see the difference in the Mojave cross (the big one) from 05 compared to the 06 Mojave cross. The change in appearance is really pretty cool to watch.

If all goes according to plan, the pics will be of the founding female adult, the Mojave and Mojave cross produced in 05, and the newest pic, a Mojave cross from 05, a Mojave cross from 06, and the morph that made the Mojave crosses.

They do have a maroon or burgundy tint to them....I really think the baby Mojave Cross looks like a Caramel Albino Mojave, in the pic.
